Who We Are

Flow-Rite Seamless LLC ("Flow-Rite", "we", "us") is a gutter contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona, licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under ROC #300914. This policy explains what we do with information collected through phoenixgutter.org and when you contact us about work.

It covers this website and the inquiries that come through it. It does not change the terms of any written agreement you sign with us for work on your property.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site, call us, or text us, we collect what you provide. Typically that is:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address or zip code
• Details about the work, such as roof type, the age of your gutters, or where a run is leaking
• Anything else you choose to write in a message field

We ask for this because it is what an estimate needs. Roof size and where water has to go are what set a price, and neither can be worked out without an address.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may record technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, and the site or search that sent you here. This is used to understand how the site is being used and to keep it working.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your driver's license number, or your bank or card details through this website. If you ever receive a message that appears to come from us asking for any of those through a web form, it is not from us.

How We Use It

We use the information you give us to:

• Contact you about the inquiry you sent
• Prepare and deliver an estimate, and schedule a visit
• Carry out and invoice work you have agreed to
• Answer questions and follow up on work we have done
• Keep records of jobs, quotes and warranty matters
• Meet legal, licensing, tax and insurance obligations

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.

Calls and Text Messages

When you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may contact you about your inquiry and any work arising from it, by phone call or by text message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Separately, we may send you occasional service messages such as seasonal maintenance reminders. That is marketing, and we only send it if you have agreed to receive it.

How to stop messages

You can opt out at any time, and you do not have to use any particular wording or channel. Replying STOP to any text is the quickest way. You can also tell us by phone, by email, or by replying to a message and saying you want to stop, and we will treat that as a valid request.

We will stop as soon as we reasonably can, and in any event within ten business days of receiving your request. Opting out of messages does not stop us contacting you about work already scheduled or in progress, and it does not stop you calling us.

How We Share It

We share your information only where we need to:

• Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf, such as our website host, our customer records and scheduling system, and our phone and text messaging provider. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
• Payment processing. If you pay us, the payment is handled by a payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator, or where we need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim, including a claim relating to work we performed.
• A sale of the business. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records would form part of that transfer.
• Analytics and advertising tools. This site runs Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, which send information about your visit to those companies. This is described in full in the section on cookies, analytics and advertising below, including how to turn it off.

We do not sell your information for money, and we do not give it to other contractors, lead resellers or marketing companies.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

The one exception is the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, listed under service providers above. They handle the number only in order to send the message we asked them to send, and they may not use it for anything else. No lead buyer, no other contractor, and no advertising platform receives your mobile number from us.

Being straight about one thing: the analytics and advertising tools above do send data about your visit to Google and to Meta, and those companies use it for their own purposes as well as ours. No money changes hands and we consider it a different thing from selling your details. Some state privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly enough to cover it anyway. Arizona law does not, but you should know it happens rather than having to work it out for yourself.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work, to remember what you have entered in a form, and to measure how the site is being used. It also uses two third-party tools, and it is worth being straight about what each one does.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: which pages get read, how long people stay, and which searches or links brought them here. It tells us that a visitor looked at the gutter repair page. It does not tell us who that visitor is.

Google receives this information and handles it under its own privacy policy. You can stop Google Analytics collecting your activity across all sites by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta pixel, which is a piece of code from the company that owns Facebook and Instagram. It records that a visit or an inquiry happened on this site and reports it back to Meta. We use it for two things: to see whether our ads are actually producing inquiries, and to show ads to people who have visited this site.

This means that if you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may connect your visit to this site with your account, and may use it for its own advertising purposes under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Turning advertising tracking off

You have a few options, none of which require anything from us:

• Change what Meta can use in your Meta ad preferences
• Opt out across many advertisers at once through the Digital Advertising Alliance, either with its WebChoices tool or through its combined choices page
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in a browser or extension that supports it, which signals to sites that you do not want your data sold or shared for targeted advertising
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private browsing window

Blocking any of this has no effect on your ability to get a quote from us or on the price you are given.

Your browser may offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, and this site does not currently respond to it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and after that for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, licensing, insurance and warranty reasons. Records relating to work we have performed are generally kept longer than records for inquiries that never became jobs.

If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your Choices

You can, at any time:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop calls and texts, as described above
• Turn off analytics and advertising tracking, as described in the cookies section

Call us on (602) 920-1672 or write to the address below, and tell us what you want. We may need to check who you are before acting on a request, which usually just means confirming details we already hold.

Arizona does not currently have a general consumer privacy statute giving residents these rights by law. We offer them anyway, because it is a reasonable way to treat people. If you live somewhere that does give you statutory privacy rights, tell us and we will handle your request under that law.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we limit who can see it to the people who need it to do their job. No website or system is completely secure, and we cannot promise that a transmission over the internet is immune from interception.

Please do not send us anything genuinely sensitive through a web form.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.
