About These Terms

These terms cover your use of phoenixgutter.org, the website of Flow-Rite Seamless LLC, a gutter contractor in Phoenix, Arizona, licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under ROC #300914.

By using this site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What This Site Is For

This site describes the work we do, the areas we cover, and how to get in touch. It is here so you can decide whether to call us.

The gutter information on this site is general. Roofs differ, houses differ, and what is right for one property is wrong for the next. Nothing here is advice about your specific roof, and you should not make a decision about your property based on a web page instead of having someone look at it.

Estimates, Quotes and Availability

Submitting a form on this site is a request. It is not a booking, and it does not create an agreement between us.

• A quote is given after someone has visited and measured. Anything discussed before that is an approximation, not a price.
• A written quote applies to the work described in it, at the property described in it, and is open for acceptance for the period stated on the quote.
• Conditions found once work starts, such as damaged fascia behind an old gutter, can change what a job needs. Where that happens we tell you before going any further. Work outside the quote, including any carpentry, is agreed separately and is often referred to a specialist.
• Service areas, scheduling and availability described on this site can change.

We may decline any request. Being outside the area we cover is the usual reason.

Licensing

Flow-Rite Seamless LLC holds Arizona ROC license #300914 and is bonded and insured. You can and should verify that number yourself with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before hiring us or anyone else.

If our license status ever changes, this site will say so.

Text Messages

There are two consent boxes on our forms, and they are separate on purpose. One covers messages about your estimate and the work. The other covers promotional messages. Ticking one does not tick the other, both are optional, and you will still get an estimate without either. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.

What we send. Under the first consent: messages about your inquiry and the work arising from it, such as confirming an appointment, telling you we are on the way, following up on a quote, and answering questions you send us. Under the second: occasional promotional messages, such as a seasonal maintenance reminder before monsoon season or an offer.

How often. Message frequency varies. Most of it is tied to a job you have going on, so it clusters around an estimate or an install rather than arriving on a schedule.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your mobile carrier, not something we charge.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also just tell us, by phone or email or by replying in your own words, and we will treat that as a valid request. If you only want the promotional messages to stop, say so and we will keep sending the ones about your job. Reply HELP for help, or call (602) 920-1672.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message arrives, which is why anything that matters, such as a scheduled appointment, is also confirmed by phone.

How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy, including the commitment that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Age Requirement

This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit a form, or request services from Flow-Rite Seamless LLC.

By using this site you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are using it under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf and who will be the named party on any written service agreement.

If we become aware that a person under 18 has submitted personal information through our forms, we will delete that information promptly and will not use it for any purpose, including SMS messaging. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us at the details in the final section of these terms.

Using This Site

You may read this site, print pages from it, and share links to it. Please do not:

• Copy the site's text, layout or photographs for use on another business's website or marketing
• Submit forms with false information, or on behalf of someone who has not asked you to
• Attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it in bulk, or gain access to anything not published on it
• Use the contact details on this site to send us unsolicited sales messages

Content and Ownership

The text, design, logos and photographs on this site belong to Flow-Rite Seamless LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Reviews quoted on this site are the words of the customers who wrote them, reproduced as written. They belong to the people who wrote them, and are quoted here rather than owned by us.

Links to Other Sites

Where this site links somewhere else, such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, a review platform, or a map, that site is not ours. We do not control what it says and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. The link is there because it is useful, not as an endorsement.

The Site Itself

We put real effort into keeping this site accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. Prices, availability, product details and service areas change, and a page can be out of date before we have updated it.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent Arizona law allows, we disclaim warranties about the website itself, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose as they relate to your use of this website.

Limits on Liability for Site Use

To the extent Arizona law allows, Flow-Rite Seamless LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on general information published on it.

This limit applies to the website. It does not apply to work we perform, to injury caused by our negligence, or to anything that cannot be limited under Arizona law. Where a limitation on this page conflicts with Arizona law or with the rules of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the law wins and the rest of these terms still stand.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Disputes about work performed are handled under your written agreement, and may also be taken to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, which has its own complaint process for licensed contractors. Nothing here prevents you from using it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
